Hi,

it's a really ugly version, full of unnecessary changes and not for public
use. But it works, at least for me. There are two new options 
mbf = max_bframes, bqr = bquant_ratio

Usage: 
./xvid_b  X-dim Y-dim  quality  quant/bitrate  fps maxtotalframes mbf bqr

as usual you must use X-dim=0, Y-dim=0 for PGM input. 

I always wanted to clean this up and commit to examples-dir, but I always
was too busy doing less important stuff.
