Hmm sysKin forgot to post a followup concerning this issue, it appears that the
bug resides in the VFW application. It asks VFW to decode keyframes twice, so
the bframe referencing both the P and I frames was using the iframe as both
backward and forward reference as xvid just stacks the last two decoded
reference frames.
