rm -rf / doesen't ask you that question.
Removing say perl from distribution that uses it for almost every task -
is. It will work sometimes though.
So, that's why this prompt is needed.

 I am SO tired of this, i've got more important things to do, I'll try to
learn to ignore some messages for the time being...
