Hmm, it's hw:x,3 for the sblive cards... I've been wondering for a long
time why your instructions didn't work for me until I read some
alsa-driver doc about the sblive mixer and changed the adsp mapping to
device 3.
Additionally I'd like to note that some alsamixer switch needs to be
turned on to get some output - it's the "IEC958 Optical Raw" switch for
the sblive.
