I have tested multiple soundcard configurations.. I think that (in my 
configuration )/dev/dsp refers to sound of DXR3-card. Is it some way 
different to use it like "oss:/dev/em8300_ma-0"? Where is the problem 
that causes the subtitles disappear? (or is known?)
