OK, I had a look at this, and to do what you want you should just add a "delay: -01:50:00:000" line near the top of your IDX file. But... Vobsub with negatif delay is broken currently; I'll have a look at this. In the meantime you could just use "-subdelay 6600" on the command line. Kim Minh.
