[MPlayer-users] How to use mencoder to resize a divx file?

Hi,
I'd like to change the frame size of a divx file, what are the options
that I shall use with mencoder to do that (I don't want to change the
video nor the audio codec)?
(original frame size: 592 x 448 | desired size: closest match of 352 x
288)
