If it works without audio, it seems to be an issue with your sound device. Maybe it produces data at the half sample rate and the a/v sync code synchronizes the video with the audio which runs twice as fast. That's why I suggested "forcechan=1", thinking that the card sends only the mono data, but if it didn't help, I don't know.
