[MPlayer-users] Best options for my display?

Dear all,

I'm new to MPlayer and I'm not an expert with videocards etc.  I've read the
documentation and it confused me (probably, because of my lack of
knowledge).  Currently, I'm using MPlayer (MPlayer-1.0pre5) without specific
options for my card but I hope there is a better option:

I have a Sony Vaio Laptop (PCG-Z600EK), 700 MHz

Hardware info about my display (1024x768) says:
Device: 3D Rage P/M Mobility AGP 2x
Vendor: ATI Technology Inc

Sound: YMF-744B[DS-1S Audio Controller]
