[MPlayer-users] Closed caption on svcd and dvd

Hi everybody,

I have a couple of (x)svcd mpegs which claim to have closed caption (CC)
on them and was wondering if it was possible to play the CC on mplayer. I
have tried -subcc to no avail.

Also I have noticed that when I play these mpegs (and some region 2 DVDs)
I get white lines at the top of the screen is it possible to get rid of
these as it is mildly annoying.
