This is what I had to do to use divx5: I loaded libdivxencore.so in a
text editor, found "c:\trace_b.txt" string and overwrote it with
something like /tmp/stupidivx. After that divx5 worked fine, before it
was segfaulting.
YES! After I've patched mine (5.0.1alpha) divx5 started to work!
Hi, thanx i sugest strongly - Do not change the length of the filename - Replace all file's c:\ with /tmp/
