It seems it is.
I'm not a libdv user, so it's quite difficult to me to understand
this issue. I'm a bit skeptical about a problem in libdv (but I don't
yet checked libdv bugreports), I think is more probable that tcdecode
no longer passes right parameters to libdv, but this is just
a supposition, yet.

I'll investigate ASAP.
