That's the last stable version, that's was you looking for?
If you want to get very last development version use -r HEAD.
AFAIK, transcode_1_0 branch has got NO changes until 1.0.2 released.

autoconf version? You are on debian, I guess.
Looks like we must fix the autoconf issue. Grumph.
