Looks like transcode wasn't able to figure out correct input stream
properties.
Can you please post here the output of following two commands?

1. tcprobe -i input.mpg
2. transcode -i input.mpg -x mpeg2,mp3 -o output.avi -y ffmpeg -F mpeg4 -c 0-1
