it's very interesting. i think the latest SAMI patch broke something
in sub file detection. if you delete the filename.txt it won't crash.
but it seems to neither ffmjpeg or mcmjpg codec can decode it.
m3jpeg and xanim's native codec does. i'll add m3jpeg support soon.
(it's tricky, as the codec says error but if you ignore error it work)
