Forgot to mention; If converting to .iso - the .iso format ofcourse has
several restrictions compared to .bin (and others), so think twice before
assuming the result is what you expected (multi-session, multi-track,
audio/video tracks...) Often, there has been a reason for choosing .bin in
the first place...
