[transcode-users] AC3 encoding audio is too low

Hi 

I've noticed that for the same source, if I encode audio as mp2 and ac3,
the ac3 will sound much lower that the mp2. 

I think I've read somewhere that this is a bug in ffmpeg (not yet
acknowledged by its author). 

I'm wondering if there is any workaround.
