[transcode-users] Double framerate with TomsMoComp

I use TomsMoComp with xine and am quite happy with its results.  I would
like to use transcode with TomsMoComp but have noticed it doesn't seem
to work with doublefps.  I know that TomsMoComp is capable of outputting
59.94 fps, so I'm wondering if it's possible to somehow force this with
transcode?  Or if it involves hacking the filter itself and doesn't
require hardcore knowledge of transcode internals, could someone point
me in the right direction?
